Unfortunately, Skye is connected by railways. But Glasgow is the nearest International Airport and the local airport is Inverness. Once you reach Glasgow, you can board a train to Mallaig and then take a ferry to Skye. Or you can land on Inverness Airport then board a train to Kyle and reach the island on a bus. But buses aren’t too frequent here. Some also look forward to hire a car from Glasgow because of the personal space and time flexibility. Neist point-
